1 Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ak48 platform (https://ak48.lat) and all services connected to it. By accessing the ak48 website, registering, or using any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

ak48 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the website. Continued use of the platform will be taken as your acceptance of the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

ak48 services are available only to those aged 21 or above. You must provide your correct date of birth at the time of registration. If it is found that a user is under 21, their account will be closed immediately and all funds may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Registration

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any accumulated bonuses will be cancelled. All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (email, password) confidential. Sharing account information with any third party is strictly prohibited. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the ak48 support team immediately.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Methods

Funds can currently be deposited at ak48 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. ak48 may request additional documents for identity verification if needed.

3.3 Transaction Conditions

• Use only payment accounts registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• Transactions linked to money laundering or other illegal financial activities will be cancelled immediately.
• ak48 reserves the right to place a suspicious transaction on hold pending investigation.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; or depositing ৳34,000 gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳54,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means the combined amount of the bonus and the original deposit must be wagered 20 times before it can be withdrawn. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer must be used within the specified validity period.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• Bonuses are valid for legitimate gameplay only — if bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.
• ak48 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus programme.
• In disputes related to bonuses, ak48's decision will be considered final.

5 Casino and Betting Rules

5.1 Gaming Fairness

ak48 ensures fair play across all its casino games. The platform's games are operated by internationally recognised game software providers. All outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures impartiality.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. ak48 reserves the right to adjust betting limits based on analysis of user behaviour.

5.3 Technical Issues

In the event of a disconnection or technical issue during gameplay, ak48 will determine the game outcome based on its own server logs. ak48 is not responsible for any losses caused by internet connection problems. However, in the case of a server-side error, the user's interests will be protected.

5.4 Sports Betting

For sports betting, bets will be settled only after the event result has been confirmed by the relevant authority. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the funds for that bet will be refunded. If there is evidence of match-fixing or misconduct, the related bet may be voided.

6 VIP Programme and Loyalty

ak48's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Users can advance to higher VIP tiers through continued activity. VIP benefits apply to individual accounts and are non-transferable. ak48 reserves the right to change the VIP programme terms at any time.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ak48 platform:

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts.
• Any attempt to compromise the platform's security systems.
• Opening an account by providing false or misleading information.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Harassing or behaving improperly toward other users.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors to gain an unfair advantage.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, ak48 may immediately close that account and forfeit the associated funds.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy

10.2 Closure at ak48's Initiative

In the event of a breach of the Terms, ak48 may suspend or close an account without prior notice. In such cases, all bonuses will be cancelled and the cash balance may also be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.

10.3 Inactive Accounts

For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, ak48 will notify the user by email. If there is no activity after the notification, the account may be archived.

11 Limitation of Liability

ak48 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

• Any loss caused by internet disconnection.
• Issues arising from faults in third-party software or payment providers.
• Problems caused by the user's own device or software.
• Unexpected technical errors or force majeure situations.

In any circumstance, ak48's liability will be limited to the amount of the cash balance in your account.

12 Dispute Resolution
